New Resource Page for Be Ready’s Information Hub

We have just published a new resource page in our Information Hub – Toolkit for Employers working with Apprentices.

This contains a link to an online guide developed by City College Norwich to provide expert support for employers about working with apprentices who have a learning difficulty, difference and/or disability. It outlines various conditions and disabilities, breaking information down into what the disability is, how it may affect the apprentice and what employers can do to enable the apprentice to work safely in their working environment.

We have published this to coincide with more employers using the Kickstart Scheme which funds employers to create job placements for 16 to 24 year olds.
