Our partner Able Futures are continuing to deliver mental health support via telephone and email and can be there to listen to you and to give advice, guidance and support, whatever is on your mind. On the Able Futures website you can find information on how to look after your mental well-being including:
- Tips on coping with anxiety and stress while COVID-19 affects us all.
- Information on the importance of self-care during self-isolation.
- Details of how Able Futures continues to deliver mental health support while COVID-19 changes the way we are working.
- Ways you can access support and advice from Able Futures.

Able Futures delivers the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service, which can give you nine months support from a mental health professional at no cost to you. There’s no waiting list and you can apply online or by calling 0800 321 3137.
