Our fully funded services are free to use for Devon employers - any size, any sector.
The Be Ready Employer Hub’s services combine an online information library with
- Disability Awareness Training workshops (delivered either as face-to-face half-day sessions in small groups or byte-sized sessions on-line via video).
- B2B learning networks – a longer programme for employers to get together for a deeper insight into disability and employment.
- Disability Confident scheme – we can help your organisation start and/or progress through the scheme, which is often seen as a ‘Badge of Honour’ by disabled people when making employment and buying decisions.
- (Project Closed) Ability Not Disability Grant Support – we pay 3 months’ salary to any Devon-based business that employs a person with disabilities
